Bibs SMS Terms of Service

Bibs is operated by Wearbibs LLC. These terms apply to Bibs's optional text-message support for venue owners about a merchandise request associated with their venue. They do not establish terms for purchasing merchandise or replace any separately signed venue agreement.

How the conversation starts

Bibs may email a venue owner a welcome notice or a design-ready update. That email can include a QR code and a “Text Bibs” button addressed to +1 805-232-7472. Scanning or tapping opens a draft message with the owner's first name, venue name, and request ID filled in. The owner may edit the draft and must tap Send to start the conversation. Opening the draft alone does not send a message or subscribe the owner to text messages.

What Bibs sends

After receiving an owner-initiated text, Bibs may send one acknowledgement and team replies about that venue's merchandise request. Bibs sends design-ready notices and purchase links by email, not as unsolicited SMS or promotional texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Stop texts or ask for help

Reply STOP to +1 805-232-7472 to opt out of Bibs text messages. You may receive a confirmation of the opt-out, after which Bibs will not send further program texts unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help. You can also email vince@wearbibs.com.
