Bibs Listing Agreement

This agreement is between Bibs ("we," "us") and the venue named at signup ("you"). By clicking Activate, the person signing up confirms they are authorized to act for the venue and agrees to the following.

1. What you're allowing. You grant Bibs a non-exclusive, revocable license to produce and sell apparel and merchandise bearing your venue's name, address, logo, and related marks on wearbibs.com. Non-exclusive means you can still make or sell your own merch anywhere, anytime. Revocable means you can take this permission back whenever you want.

2. What you earn. You earn a $5.00 royalty on every item fans purchase through your venue's page on wearbibs.com. Royalties are totaled and paid monthly. Wholesale orders you place for your own staff are your purchases, not consumer sales, and no royalty applies to them.

3. Who owns what. Your name, logo, and marks remain entirely yours. The shirt and hat designs we create (layout, typography, embroidery files) belong to Bibs. Neither side gains any ownership in the other's property through this agreement.

4. What this costs you. Nothing. There is no fee, no minimum, no inventory, and no commitment. We handle production, shipping, and returns.

5. Ending it. Either of us can end this agreement at any time, for any reason, by written notice (email counts). Your listings come down within 5 business days of notice. Royalties earned before the end date are still paid on the normal monthly schedule.

6. The record. Your activation click, together with the name, email, role, venue, timestamp, and agreement version recorded with it, constitutes your signature on this agreement. Both parties receive a copy by email as the receipt. A countersigned PDF via SignWell is available on request.
